It is satisfying to know that over two thousand people have registered in the eye camps so far.
One hundred and fifty people have had a cataract operation.
However, it is sobering to note that eighteen percent who required a cataract operation were under thirty years and nine percent under twenty years. Even children under ten years of age account for four percent.

The Amroha International Society provides cataract operations to poor people in Amroha (120km from New Delhi) irrespective of religous background.
The society is registered in Australia.
